ENAR's Regional Meetings bring together representatives from different geographical areas who are working on similar topics and issues. This platform has been created to help members collaborate and share knowledge and practices. We recognize the importance of providing spaces for members to interact, learn from each other, and network, especially in the fast-changing world of nonprofit organisations, where sharing experiences is key to growth and sustainability.

After successfully completing a full cycle of Regional Meetings in 2023 and 2024 that received overwhelmingly positive feedback, we want to continue offering this platform in the coming years. We want to solidify the Regional Meetings as one of the essential collaborative spaces for anti-racist organisations, supporting them in developing important skills, encourage regional cooperation, and strengthen their ability to continue their work in an increasingly hostile and challenging political environment.

The content of each Regional Meeting remains flexible and shaped by the changing needs of our members. We plan to build on the successful approach introduced in 2023, which fosters an environment of learning, sharing, and networking, enabling NGOs to strengthen their capacities and work collectively towards common goals.

In 2025 and beyond, following consultations with our membership, the Regional Meetings will expand to include a policy and advocacy componentWe would like to better connect our members with local authorities and key stakeholders, boosting the visibility and impact of anti-racist organisations. Many of our members feel isolated, lacking access to EU advocacy platforms, funding opportunities, and strategic guidance, often relying on volunteer efforts. By introducing this connection with other stakeholders at the Regional Meetings, we hope to close these gaps, build sustainable cross-border networks and coalitions, strengthen our collective impact, and equip our members with the knowledge and tools necessary for advocacy work at local and national levels.
