To co-define the in-depth context analysis of anti-racism work in Europe, understanding the problems, the root causes, and bringing in the solutions developed by the works of members.
To map the context. Different stakeholders, incl. key individuals, organizations, participants and affected communities and engagement strategies are identified to create a common visualization of influences and context. Further, the workshop aims at equalizing access to knowledge of the environment.
To define the change we want to see, to identify preconditions, to identify concrete action and progress.
To develop a Theory of change including inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts, creating a set of indicators to measure impact.
To define common working values for the network, create an environment where members feel belonging and ownership and that cares for the wellbeing of anti-racism activists.
To define different governance bodies, roles and responsibilities as well as leadership style of the Board.
